They were great to work with the entire time. I live 2.5 hours away and didn’t get there until after business hours. There wasn’t any pressure on the sale, just informational and allowed us time to talk it over. Ended up buying the rig and drove it home. They were very responsive to all of my after sales emails. They run a great business. Honest and down to earth. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

These guys had/have my back through the full process! Mathew and Nathan are the complete opposite of the “used car salesman” stereotype. They guided me to the best vehicle to fit my needs and budget and I never felt like I was taken advantage of in any way. In fact, quite the opposite. Nathan was very upfront with me about the inspections and pros vs cons of each vehicle I was interested in and in the end I went with the one he suggested and am SO happy with it. After purchase, I “test drove” it 2,000 miles from MN to CA and no surprises or issues. Whoohoo! Cant wait to turn this ambulance into a sweet & creative home on wheels. Thanks Elite Ambulance Sales. Anyone that has undertaken this process knows that it’s not exactly a walk in the park. Working with Nathan & Matt, though, made things much easier. We traveled from Philadelphia to Columbus, Ga to make the purchase, & whenever I had a question or some issue to deal with (this was my first such purchase), Nathan & Matt made themselves available to help me move to the next step. Even after our transaction was completed, I have been able to get in touch with Nathan several times with questions or for some type of guidance, & have gotten FAR more help than I ever expected. I seriously would not have wanted to work with anyone else on this type of transaction, & if I ever want to buy another I will DEFINITELY be looking to Elite Ambulance Sales before going anywhere else.At the time of this posting, everyone has given a 5-star review, & I’m not surprised. Buying an ambulance across the country was a bit nerve wracking. Nathan answered questions, sent documentation and set up the transaction and delivery details very efficiently and professionally. I flew to Ohio, picked up the vehicle and drove it over 3200 miles back to Norther CA with few issues. Considering the vehicle is 18 years old it preformed very well and was represented very accurately and the deal and communication was very open, honest and straightforward. I would buy another vehicle from Elite should the occasion arise.

We bought a freightliner sprinter based type III ambulance. The quality and condition of the vehicle are excellent, as described and the sales experience was great. We had a short time window to get the transaction taken care of and both Matt and Nathan went to great lengths to get it done. Among other things these folks answered the phone every time we called them. Now that it’s all said and done we’re thrilled with our decision to buy from Elite.
